Malkah Norwood

Malkah Norwood is an international indie music artist, also known as Ashira Malka. She was born in the United States, but moved to Israel in 2010 with her husband and children. She is a follower of the Hebrew faith and culture, and uses her music as a way of expressing her spiritual journey and connection to the Creator.

She has a dedicated music genre called “Set-Apart Music and Meditation” created for sacred listening and spiritual rumination through Hebraic biblical living and thinking. Her songs are inspired by the ancient Hebrew scriptures, the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings. She also incorporates elements of meditation, prayer, chanting, and poetry into her music.

She is currently recording her second indie album in collaboration with her family and friends residing in the nomadic lands of Abraham. Her first album, “The Journey Home”, was released in 2019 and featured songs such as “The Exodus”, “The Covenant”, and “The Promised Land”. She describes her music as “a reflection of my personal walk with the Creator and my desire to return to His original design for humanity”.

She has a loyal fan base around the world, especially in Africa, where she has performed live concerts and workshops. She also hosts online events and webinars to share her music and teachings with her followers. She is passionate about spreading the message of love, peace, and unity among all people.
