Personal Life

BritYah’s life story is one of resilience and transformation. She faced numerous challenges, including homelessness due to low women’s pay overseas, depression, anxiety, and unhealthy eating habits. However, she turned her life around and is now using her experiences to inspire and inform others in her community on the importance of exercise and good nutrition.

In addition to her music career, BritYah is a fitness coach and nutritionist, running a fitness program called “Bloom for Yah”. As a former professional basketball player, she brings her athletic experience to her fitness coaching, aiming to transform the Body, Mind, and Spirit of her clients.

BritYah is married to Sta’phan, who is also known as The Preacher. They have collaborated on music projects, including the album “A Love So Pure”.
