ATLANTA, September 12, 2024 — Podcast host and musician Simchah continues to inspire audiences with her spiritually rooted music. Following the release of her 13-track album, Eclectic Soul Vol. 1, on August 11, 2024, Simchah has made her mark as an artist who blends faith with an eclectic mix of musical genres. “Eclectic Soul gave me the opportunity to get out of the comfort zone I put myself in and tap into the other genres that I love,” Simchah said during the launch of Eclectic Soul Vol. 1.

The album reflects her faith journey, highlighting messages of worship, healing, and personal transformation. With songs like “We Sing Praises” and “For Love’s Sake,” Simchah blends praise with relatable life experiences. The project features collaborations with artists like Tawab Paryah, Yapah Q, BritYah, ZakarYah Zamar, Yarden Iman, and others​.

Modestly Beautiful: Preview of Eclectic Soul Vol. 2

Simchah’s latest single, Modestly Beautiful, was released as a preview of her upcoming album, Eclectic Soul Vol. 2, which is still in progress and 98% complete. Featuring Yaz Israel, the single celebrates modesty and encourages women to embrace their inner beauty.

“Modestly Beautiful is the single from Eclectic Soul Vol. 2,” Simchah shared.

She also explained that the song’s cover art was inspired by a vision of contrasting modest and immodest beauty:

“I wanted the cover to depict a young lady sitting at a makeup table—one half of her is unmodest… and the other half she is modest, her head is wrapped, and she has on makeup, but it’s not as heavy as the woman on the right side.”

Simchah also launched a viral “Modesty Challenge” on social media to accompany the single, encouraging women to post their “Then & Now” photos showing how they embody modesty. “Several sisters really understood the assignment,” Simchah noted, praising participants for capturing the message perfectly. To join the challenge, participants should tag Simchah and Yaz DaJew and use the hashtag #ModestlyBeautifulChallenge in their posts​.

Gimme the Tea with Simchah: Podcast Success

Simchah’s podcast, Gimme the Tea with Simchah, recently won an award at the 1st Annual Truth Muzic Awards, held on August 31, 2024, at the Granville Arts Center in Garland, Texas. Hosted by Sister Yapah Q and Hajji Golightly, the event celebrated excellence in faith-based music and media. Her podcast, which airs live every Thursday at 7 p.m. EST on YouTube, has gained popularity, with guests booked until November. Simchah has interviewed artists like Asaph Ben Israel, AaliYah Taavi, Octavia (Queen O), ZamarYah, Yapah Q, and many others. She also did a live interview 10 months ago featuring the Abrym Homeschoolers Convention​.

Keep It Clean Cuisine and Whole-Body Health

In addition to her music and podcast, Simchah co-founded Keep It Clean Cuisine with her son Joshua. Together, they prepare healthy, clean dishes that adhere to biblical dietary laws, focusing on whole-body health. A key reason why Simchah moved to Atlanta was to have access to clean, fresh produce. She lives an hour away from Atlanta Harvest, a Hebrew-owned farm known for its commitment to clean, sustainable farming and the biblical practice of gleaning, as seen in the Book of Ruth.
