NEW ORLEANS, La. (May 17, 2024) — Renowned R&T artist Zamar Yashar’el has unveiled his latest musical masterpiece, “Alkebulan,” an album that honors the ancient roots and cultural richness of Africa. Named after the original name of the continent, “Alkebulan” is a soulful journey through Zamar’s transformative experiences in Ghana, blending contemporary rhythms with timeless spiritual messages. The album features production work by Brother Asaph, and includes a collaboration with Asaph & Leah on the song, “Sing Over Us.”
