This year there is a TWO STEP PROCESS to register:
#1 Buy you conference ticket. Each attendee needs a ticket.
#2 Book your room. There are two onsite hotels and we have room blocks at each. You will be given the room block link after you buy your Surge tickets. You are in charge of booking your room. (Costs range from $130 to $160 a night) First come first serve. When the rooms sell out at the hotels, you’ll have to find something else in Waxahachie on your own.
Check-in opens at 2:00PM Thursday June 27th at the Civic Center
Check-out will be NOON Sunday June 30th

Conference tickets include a t-shirt, all food, and snacks EXCEPT breakfast. There are free continental breakfasts available at each hotel (this is standard hotel continental breakfast, with pork bacon so use your discretion).

All food at catered at the Civic center will be bibically clean (not certified Kosher though)

Deadline to buy tickets is June 1st

Deadline to book your room with the hotel is May 27th.

There are 8 RV spots at the Civic Center that have electrical hookups but not water hookup.

Minimum age of female attendees is 13 (no boys/men can be in any sessions unless they are helping with the conference and are approved by Surge)

Non-mobile, breastfeeding infants are welcome but need to be taken out of the room if they are crying.

We will not be assigning your rooms this year so you can book with the hotel and room with whoever and however many you want. Just remember each lady needs her own conference ticket.

Any special lodging accommodations or arrangements need to be made with the hotel directly. All rooms have mini fridges and toiletries. If you are coming alone and have no one to room with, please email me and I can try to pair you up with another sister to split the cost of the room with you. All money transfers will be between roommates and not the responsibility of Surge to handle.
