Truth. Talent. Testimony. Asaph & LeYah Drop Album: Endure: Two Witnesses

Reading Time: 3 minutes

Asaph & LeYah Yashar’el are no strangers to music — but they’re certainly making a new name for themselves in the truth music space. Known in earlier years for working behind the scenes with major names in gospel and R&B, this Indianapolis-based husband-and-wife team walked away from industry success to pursue something deeper: the truth of Yahuah and His Word. That journey birthed their first full-length project Praise Through the Fire, which debuted at #3 on the iTunes Gospel Charts in 2024.

Now, they return with a fresh fire and deeper conviction. Their sophomore album, Endure: Two Witnesses, released on May 17, 2025, is a 10-track offering packed with layered vocals, prophetic lyrics, and upbeat praise that refuses to compromise. With features from Yapah Q, Jay Lutch, Zamar, and Lorvins, the couple calls listeners to worship, walk in unity, and dance before Yahuah.

From the opening track “We Gonna Be Okay,” the message is clear: Yahuah sees what’s happening in the world, and His people must endure.

“We’re gonna be okay as long as Yah is leading the way — and we know He is,” LeYah shared during the online release party.

Track two, “In Your Will,” is a heart cry.

“It’s the song of the true believer,” LeYah said.

Asaph joins his wife vocally on this smooth, melodic track — the couple harmonizing not just musically, but spiritually — surrendering to whatever the Most High desires.

Unity is a major theme throughout the album. On the track titled exactly that — “Unity,” featuring Jay Lutch — Asaph doesn’t mince words.

“Keep my name up out your mouth if you keepin’ up negativity,” the lyrics declare. “We got enough to think about with the whole world going crazy.”

The song urges Yashar’el to put down differences over calendars, pronunciations, and debates, and instead walk together in love.

“It’s time for us to grow up and stop dividing over scraps of information the world let us have,” Asaph said. “Let’s come together in truth and humility.”

Other standout tracks include the upbeat “Best Dance” with Zamar, the moving “Change My Life,” and the prophetic “Endure” featuring Lorvins and Zamar — a reminder that salvation is promised to those who hold fast until the end.

But the undeniable fan favorite? The final track, “Let’s Dance,” featuring Yapah Q. With its nostalgic old-school rhythm and uplifting energy, the song has already claimed the #1 spot on All Praises Radio’s Prime Praise Countdown.

“It has that roller-skate party feel — joyful, free, and fun,” one listener said.

Yapah Q brings bold lyricism and a refreshing presence to the track.

“She dropped it in the verses,” LeYah said proudly. “It’s the perfect way to end the album.”

Though the sound is contemporary, the mission is timeless.

“We’re not entertainers,” Asaph emphasized during a recent interview with Yahudah Living. “We’re ministers through music. We’re writing the soundtrack of the awakening.”

Their message isn’t limited to just songs. Through 4Runners Assemblies, the ministry they co-lead, and their growing catalog of collaborations with artists like Zamar Yashar’el and Nabia J, Asaph & LeYah are planting seeds for the kingdom on and off the mic.

“We want to see our people lifted,” said LeYah. “That’s what drives us.”
