As your Virtual Doula You will have access to educational and emotional support that you need to plan your birth experience and then process it afterward. Unlike being a physical Doula all prenatal and postpartum appointments are done either on the phone or using something like Skype, FaceTime, or another video call service. There is also not a hands-on component during your labor, though you can reach me by phone or text with questions during the birth.

Services
A virtual doula is a convenient service for parents to be who would love a go-to person during pregnancy and immediately postpartum, and is finding it difficult to search for an in-person doula in the area they live.
Virtual Doula Service:

First meeting will be arranged via FaceTime, Skype or your preferred use of app. We will chat and get a feel for each other.

On call support from 21 weeks up to 2 weeks postpartum (after baby) via txt, phone, Skype or email. (From 9am-6pm)

Prenatal planning session to go over your birth wish and any concerns you might have regarding your birth, as well as discussing your options. ( you are encouraged to include your partner in this.

Discuss any concerns/fears you have.

Im here to answer questions, offer encouragement, and guidance. For both mother and father to be.

Provide evidence based information to you and your partner.

24/7 on call support from 37 weeks to birth from txt, email and Skype.

Phone availability during labour to ask questions and help with birth options, this includes when to go to the hospital or birth center if you are unsure. (video call or phone chat is best to decide this)

Give the dads confidence to know he can call someone with knowledge about birth to support her.

1-2 postpartum support for breastfeeding, talk thru the birth story and other related support she may need.
PRENATAL OFFERINGS
First consultation: $25 (15 minute call)
One 30-minute call: $50
One 60-minute call: $100
Three Call Package: $300(Three 60-minute calls)
Six Call Package: $600 (Six 60-minute calls)
POSTPARTUM OFFERINGS
One 30-minute call: $50
One 60-minute call: $100
Three Call Package: $300(Three 55-minute calls)
LOCAL DOULA SUPPORT
PRENATAL OFFERINGS
Consultation $25 for call $50 for in person meet – 30 minutes
In-Home Childbirth Education – $100/hour
Prenatal & Postpartum Package – $1500 – $1750 (Payment plan available)
