Katriel is the Director of Business Development. She oversees the administrative ins and outs of JDWeb and makes sure clients receive prompt responses to their inquiries. Clients are wowed by her transcription skills and have come to appreciate Katriel’s detailed, clear communications & project updates. Katriel is a Certified Office Technologist by way of Carroll Community College where she studied Secretarial Science and a graduate of the Computer Learning Network where she became a Certified Administrative Medical Assistant. She is the mother of three and married to her high school crush.
